Oppenheimer in front of 500th DEL-game
Thomas Oppenheimer will play his 500th DEL-game on Sunday, when ERC Ingolstadt ist going to play at local rival Augsburger Panther (4.30 pm, live in Sport1 and at Telekom).
The 27-year old forward has given his debut on October 6 2006 for Frankfurt Lions. Fun fact: It was also in Augsburg. "Cypher completed", says Oppenheimer with a smile. Oppenheimer scored so far 117 DEL-goals, his first was in his third league game - in Ingolstadt.
Other milestones are his first of four DEL-hat tricks on Januar 24 2014 and a four point game two days later in Nuremberg.
Oppenheimer will receive a special jersey in front of the next home game which takes place on Friday, with the opponent team Eisbären Berlin. Tickets availible: https://eventimsports.de/ols/erc
