Timo Pielmeier starts for Germany

German national coach Marco Sturm has decided to begin on Saturday with Timo Pielmeier (ERC Ingolstadt) between the pipes. Germany faces France for the start of the World Championships (3.15 p.m. CET, St. Petersburgh). Sturm says in an article of the magazine Eishockey News: "With a good presentation, he will stay our starting goalie."
