Signing: Patrick Cannone

ERC Ingolstadt is delighted to announce the signing of Patrick Cannone. The 31-year old Bayport, New York, native is a right-shooting centerman with a high IQ and a great vision of the game, says Sports Director Larry Mitchell.
Cannone, who scored in seven years in AHL six times more than 30 points, is exactly the player ERC Ingolstadt was looking for: a skilled forward who is used to center the top6 and enhance his team's powerplay. Moreover, with the experience of three years as an assistant captain and one season with the "C" on the chest, Cannone will bring leadership to Ingolstadt's locker room.
The US-American has a nice story to tell: With 30 years of age, he gave his NHL debut for the Minnesota Wild. He played threetimes in the best league of the world.
"Patrick fullfiled his NHL dream", says Sports Director Mitchell. "We are happy that Patrick and his wife Natalie decided to come over to Europe this season, to Ingolstadt."

Patrick Cannone will dress the Panther-jersey with #12.
