Signing: Colton Jobke

ERC Ingolstadt and Colton Jobke have agreed on a contract. The 26-year old defender has signed tryout papers until the End of November. Sports Director Larry Mitchell, who coached Jobke for two years in Straubing, describes the rear guard as a hard working and hard nosed player doing everything to help his team win, including killing penalties and blocking shots.
Jobke grew up in British Colombia, Canada. After developing in WHL, he played in AHL and ECHL and decided at the young age of 22 to cross the Atlantic ocean. He went to Germany where his family roots. After half a season with Augsburger Panther and three years with Straubing Tigers, Jobke now wears the jersey of ERC Ingolstadt.
