DEL announces schedule
ERC Ingolstadt faces local rival Straubing Tigers to open the DEL-season 2018/19. The away game on Friday, September 14, starts at 7.30pm. The first home game will be to days later versus Krefeld Pinguine (7pm).
Further thrilling dates are the game on German Unity Day (October 3), when the Panthers have Grizzlys Wolfsburg in Saturn Arena which celebrates its 15th anniversary. The start of November should be really emotional, too, with the two Bavarian rivals EHC Red Bulll Munich and Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers Nuremberg coming to Ingolstadt.
Telekom streams all DEL-games in 2018/19. Free-TV-channel Sport1 broadcasts additionally a lot of games. "That is a great service", says Claus Gröbner, CEO of ERC Ingolstadt. "The fans are still keen on seeing the games live at the rink."
