Two friendlies versus Bolzano Foxes
ERC Ingolstadt has fixed two more friendly games. On August 26, the Panthers welcome HC Bolzano Foxes in Saturn Arena (7.30 p.m.). Two days later, Kurt Kleinendorst's team goes to South Tyrol to play in the famous "Palaonda". Says Jiri Ehrenberger, director sports of ERC Ingolstadt: "We are eager to play a lot of preperation games to have great shape when it comes to Champions Hockey League and DEL. With a nice opponent like Bolzano, these back-to-back-games will get us further."
Bolzano is Italy's record title holder and has been successful on international level, too. The latest championship was in 2014, beating Salzburg in the finals of the Austro-international league EBEL and qualifying for the Champions Hockey League.
Both games are interesting. Panther fans with season tickets have free entrance to all preperation games in Saturn Arena, for the Foxes crowd it will be the first home game of the season 2016/17. Why not take the trip to beautiful South Tyrol another time? Two weeks earlier (August 8 - 14), the Panthers play the Vinschgau Cup in Latsch.
