Swinnen added to roster

ERC Ingolstadt has agreed on a contract with Dennis Swinnen. The 23-year old forward has been the shooting star in DEL2 in 2016/17, scoring 32 goals and 25 assists in 55 games for Lausitzer Füchse. Larry Mitchell, sports director of ERCI, says: "Dennis has had a key role for Lausitzer Füchse. He knows how to score goals."

Swinnen is from Belgian offspring but has played in Germany since U16 and posseses German citizenship. The forward (180cm, 86kg) says: "ERC has been the most interesting option in DEL. I have heard that coach Tommy Samuelsson asked his colleague of Lausitzer Füchse about me. That is a nice sign that he wants me in his team."

Samuelsson says: "Dennis has had a nice development in the past three seasons. He is a young and hungry player who wants to be part of a DEL-team. We are happy to have him with us."
