Wir stehen zusammen!

Two clubs, one goal

The organisations from Ingolstadt and Kaufbeuren go hand in hand for players development

ERC Ingolstadt (DEL) and ESV Kaufbeuren (DEL2) continue their partnership. The two organisations will go hand in hand in developing prospects.  Several young players from Kaufbeuren joined the Panthers during training camp. The exchange continues during the season with the "Förderlinzenzsystem" which allows a player born in 1993 or later to play both for a DEL- and a DEL2-team. The player has to able to play for the German nationalteam and must not have played yet more than 120 DEL-games.

Statements of the partners to the cooperation:

Jiri Ehrenberger, director sports ERC Ingolstadt: "After the great first season together, there was no doubt we wanted to cooperate further. ESVK is a good adress for young players looking for time on the ice. Both clubs worked together for supporting hockey. Our young players have really developed."

Michael Kreitl, CEO of ESV Kaufbeuren: "We are really helpful and thankful for working together another season. Ingolstadt's young players have helped us and they learned a lot. What I want to stress is that the fans of both clubs found together and helped the other party in several games."
